Research has shown that taking a multivitamin daily will lower your stress and anxiety levels and reduce fatigue. Researchers studied 1,300 adults who had taken a multivitamin supplement for at least 28 days. Results showed that those who had taken multivitamins for at least a month experienced 65% less stress, 68% less anxiety, and 73% less fatigue. Multivitamins that provide high doses of B vitamins contribute strongly to these elevations in mood because B vitamins help the nervous system function properly and every day stress can deplete them.
