Notice the sensations as the air flows in then flows out. 3) To give your mind a break, look out a window at the scenery for a few seconds. 4) Feel the air on your skin. Pay attention to the sensations rather than judge “how” it feels, and feel free to adjust these exercises to suit yourself.
