Since about 80% of people with depression can be treated, that’s a lot of unnecessary suffering. There are many triggers for depression and many ways to treat it. Simply exercising can release endorphins that will elevate your mood. Another treatment method is mindfulness meditation which incorporates meditation to help you get in touch with your body and learn to accept and live with it.
