The holidays are here again. Will they bring the same stress they did last year? For many, the holidays are an endless cycle that repeats annually. The cycle can be broken by following some of this advice: 1) Do something un-materialistic this season. Find a way to help those in need. 2) Give up the guilt and give yourself a break. Indulge a little and forgive your transgressions. 3) Moderation in all things. Don’t over-indulge. 4) Organization does wonders, so plan ahead. Schedule it then stick to it. Avoid anything “last-minute.” 5) Know when to say “no” and when to ask for help. 6) Take time off from feuds, arguments, and disputes.
