We can experience anxiety for many reasons. At times, anxiety can reduce our productivity, shut down our creativity, and affect our sleep. The problem is, anxiety doesn’t solve our problems and can actually create more of them. Positive energy can help you get past the anxiety you’re experiencing so that you can actually solve your problems. First, rather than anxious, decide how you want to feel and choose that feeling instead. If necessary, engage in an activity you enjoy to help. Rather than worrying about whether things will work out or not, decide that they will. Have faith that you’ll be okay. Finally, ask the universe for what you want and let it go.
