How many times has anxiety stopped you from doing what you want and need to do? There are ways to stop the anxiety before it stops you. Here are some of them:
- Don’t wait for it to get better. Anxiety is always going to be there, but you can push through.
- Set a goal you can reach. If you try to take on the whole mountain at once, you’re setting yourself up to fail. One step at a time.
- Trust the process. It’s hard and scary, but take that first step. You can do it, and the next step will be easier.
Have faith in yourself, be kind to yourself, and you will make the progress you want.
