Everyone who struggles with depression knows it’s hard to get out of the loop of dark thoughts and the gray shade over your world. Sometime you need help to get out of this loop. Consider sharing your feelings with a therapist, close friend or family member. The first step is the hardest, but with your guide’s help, you can do it. Try exercising. Yes, I know you don’t have the energy; however, you’ll get more energy than you use. If you’re not up to exercising, then get your senses working. Bring a flower in the house and enjoy its beauty, really feel your clothes. Are you wearing something soft, silky, warm, cool? Even these small things can make you feel better.
