Perspective can relieve our stress and bring richness to our lives, but how do we achieve it? First, we ask ourselves simple questions like, “Do I appreciate what I have, or do I take it for granted?” Then we go out and celebrate a life-changing event like a new baby or a wedding and we’re so inspired that we experience perspective. On the other hand, we can attend a funeral, find out a loved one has cancer, or become ill and reach for perspective about our lives.
