  3. Confront your mindset. You are worthy of friends. You’re special and others will want to know you.
  4. Everyone is connected. We are all humans, traveling on the same road called life. People are less intimidating when you realize that they are just people.
  5. Say yes when your head says no. Go places and do things you wouldn’t normally do.
