The horrible fatigue that comes with depression is a very real and very hard battle to fight. For no apparent reason, simple tasks such as getting out of bed, doing household chores, or even watching TV can take herculean strength. Here are some tips to help you fight back.
- Eat good food. When depressed, it’s hard to eat sometimes. Set a timer for every two to three hours, and make sure that what you eat is healthy food.
- Good sleep habits are vital. Go to bed at the same time, and get up at the same time every day.
